This Privacy Policy explains what information ChartCompass ("we", "us") collects when you visit gouzhuang748.com or purchase our TradingView indicator, how we use it, and the choices you have. We designed the service to collect as little personal data as possible: there are no user accounts, no advertising trackers, and no analytics scripts on this site.

Information we collect

• Order and payment status. When you start a purchase we generate a random order ID. Our payment processor, OxaPay, handles the cryptocurrency payment itself; we never see or store your wallet keys, seed phrases, or exchange credentials. OxaPay reports back to us only the payment status, amount, currency, and a transaction reference, which we store against your order ID.
• Delivery details. After payment you submit the TradingView username that should receive access, and optionally an email address and Telegram handle for support. These are stored with your order and forwarded once, over an encrypted channel, to the operator so access can be granted.
• Technical data. Our hosting and infrastructure providers (GitHub Pages for this website, Cloudflare for the checkout service) process standard connection data such as IP address and browser type to serve pages, prevent abuse, and rate-limit automated requests. We also load the Inter font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when your browser requests the font files.
• Local storage. We store your language preference (English/中文) in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To create your payment invoice and confirm your payment.
• To deliver the product — adding your TradingView username to the indicator's invite-only access list.
• To answer support requests and resolve payment issues.
• To keep the checkout service secure (abuse prevention and rate limiting).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with the service providers named above (OxaPay, Cloudflare, GitHub, Google Fonts, Telegram — used solely to notify the operator of orders), each acting under its own terms and privacy policy, and with authorities where disclosure is required by law.

International transfers

Our providers operate global infrastructure, so the limited data described above may be processed outside your country of residence.

Retention

Order records in our checkout system are deleted automatically approximately 12 months after creation. Our payment processor retains its own transaction records under its policies. Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below; we will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

This site and product are intended for adults and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the website.
