Refund Policy

ChartCompass is a digital product: once your payment is confirmed and your TradingView account is granted access, you have received the full product. For that reason, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds.
Why
Access to the invite-only script cannot be "returned" once granted — the value of the product is delivered in full the moment access is enabled. A strict policy protects every paying member of the community and keeps the product fairly priced. Before buying, please watch the demo on the homepage and read the FAQ so you know exactly what you are getting.
Before your order is delivered
- Unpaid invoice? If you open a checkout but never pay, the invoice simply expires. Nothing is charged and no action is needed.
- Paid the wrong amount? Payments that don't match the invoice are automatically held for manual review — access is not granted and nothing is lost. Contact us and we will resolve it together, by completing the order or returning the payment (minus network fees).
Exceptions where we will refund
- Access never delivered. If your payment was confirmed but we fail to grant access to a valid TradingView username you provided, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you in full.
- Duplicate or accidental charge. If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the extra payment.
Refunds are sent in cryptocurrency to the wallet address you specify, are subject to blockchain network fees, and are made at the USDT-denominated amount of the original payment.
A note on chargebacks
Cryptocurrency payments have no chargeback mechanism — the exceptions process above is how payment problems get resolved. If something went wrong with your payment, contact us first; we want every order to end correctly.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence. Where such law grants you rights that go beyond this policy, that law prevails.
How to request
Email support@gouzhuang748.com with your order ID (shown on the confirmation page and in the payment receipt) and the transaction reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
