Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of ChartCompass ("the product"). By purchasing or using the product you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
What you get
ChartCompass is a technical-analysis indicator that runs on the TradingView platform. After your payment is confirmed and you submit your TradingView username, we grant that account invite-only access to the script — normally within 24 hours, and usually much faster. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the indicator for your own trading. All intellectual-property rights in the indicator remain with us.
Using the product requires a TradingView account (a free plan is sufficient). TradingView is an independent platform we do not control; if TradingView changes or discontinues invite-only scripts, we will make reasonable efforts to provide access through an equivalent mechanism.
Payment
- Prices are stated in USDT. Payment is made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, OxaPay, at the exchange amount shown on your invoice. Network fees are added at checkout and paid by the buyer.
- Each invoice is valid for a limited time (shown at checkout). If you do not pay before it expires, the order simply lapses — nothing is charged.
- Please pay the exact invoice amount. Payments that do not match the invoice (for example, a partial payment or a different currency) are flagged for manual review; we will work with you to resolve them, but access is not granted automatically in that case.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible once sent. Double-check the address and amount before paying.
What you may not do
- Share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the indicator, its signals as a service, or its source.
- Attempt to copy, decompile, extract, or reverse-engineer it.
- Share your access with, or transfer it to, other TradingView accounts.
- Use the product for any unlawful purpose.
Material violation of these Terms may result in access being revoked without refund.
Not financial advice
ChartCompass is an analysis tool that supports your own decision-making. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or trading advice; nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Past performance and illustrative examples are not a guarantee of future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital — never trade money you cannot afford to lose. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Bonuses and promotions
Promotional bonuses (such as limited-time extras) are provided as-is, are not part of the paid product, and may be modified, replaced, or discontinued at any time without affecting your licence to the indicator itself.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the product and checkout available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this website, the checkout service, or third-party platforms. Support is provided by email and community channels on a reasonable-efforts basis.
Third parties
The product runs on TradingView and payments are processed by OxaPay; your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. TradingView® is a registered trademark of TradingView, Inc., which is not affiliated with, and does not sponsor or endorse, this product.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of (or inability to use) the product, and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or limits any non-waivable rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Termination
We may suspend or revoke access for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the product at any time; the Refund Policy governs whether any payment is returned.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your licence without our consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the product, and are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. Changes apply from the moment they are posted and do not retroactively reduce what you purchased. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
